Description:
With the merits of high absorption energy,super arch rubber fenders are widely utilized, which can be laid with less restriction,and the dimensions of which are suitable to most installation conditions.The energy absorption per unit weight of which is only below that of the super cell rubber fenders, which is 3.5 times higher than that of the cylindrical type fenders, and 2.3 times higher than thar of D type rubber fenders.Therefore,the super arch rubber fenders can be manufactured with less amount of raw material.
Applications:
The working surface of the 4th generation super arch fender is adhered with the PE resin boards directly,of which the service life is prolonged dramatically.The fender can be widely utilized on the wharves of both gravity and piled foundation with a DWT below 30,000 (50,000), shipyards, docks and shipborne fender system.So it is welcomed by clients,and become the mainstream of designer's selection.

1.The friction factor is less than 0.2,which can reduced the torsion at the bottom of the fender dramatically,and can prolong the service life of the rubber fender.
